The Nativity Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary was celebrated with great devotion and joy in 15 wards of Holy Family Church, Omzoor, on 13 September 2026.

Ward members came together as one family to mark the feast. As a part of the celebration, the members offered flowers as a sign of love and devotion to Mother Mary. They also shared and consumed the blessed newly harvested paddy, continuing the beautiful tradition associated with the Nativity Feast.

The celebrations beautifully reflected the unity, love and togetherness of the parish community. The gathering of ward members reminded everyone that a ward is not merely a group of families, but an extended family, where members come together in faith, fellowship and mutual love.
